Have your own Sewing Bee!

Get together 3 to 4 friends for a few social hours at the sewing machines in the studio. These sessions are designed to be sociable & creative. The intention is that you have fun & leave with a sense of achievement – hopefully pleased with your finished make!

They are ideal for friends who can all use sewing machines but would like to learn new skills or be inspired.

There are lots of projects for you to choose from on the sewing project gallery. Please select a single project that you are all interested in. Maria will instruct you through this project to enable you to progress swiftly whilst also chatting with your friends.

Please note that this is slightly different to individual or sew-with-a-friend lessons when more one-to-one guidance can be provided at each stage.

Once you have a date or two in mind please use the on-line diary to check my availability and make your reservation.

Cost is £12 per person per hour. A £25 deposit will be required to confirm your booking.

You may select either a 2.5hr or a 3.5hr session depending on the project you choose.

For example – to make the Zipped Purse please select a 2.5hr session and for the Piped Cushion Cover please select a 3.5hr session.
